This dismissive attitude has caused some students to feel so unsafe and undervalued that they have opted to leave school altogether, choosing homeschooling as their only safe educational alternative. Others, unable to cope with the stress and lack of support, have unfortunately dropped out.

Statistics show that a supportive and caring school environment is crucial for student success. According to research, students are more likely to excel academically and emotionally when they feel valued and supported by their educators. The current situation at our school starkly contrasts these findings and continues to negatively impact students every day.

It's critical that the school board takes immediate action to restore a safe and nurturing environment for all students. An educational leader who bullies and intimidates cannot be given the power to continue shaping young minds. The solution is clear: we need a new principal who respects students and prioritizes their well-being and education.
