We, the undersigned, urge Joseph R. Biden the President of the United States to take immediate action on behalf of pseudonym "Silver Surfer", who is suffering from a new neurological condition that has no known cure or treatment. This condition has the potential to affect hundreds of thousands if not millions of Americans of all ages, genders, and backgrounds, if left unchecked.

We believe that the president has the power and the responsibility to direct a specific agency established within the B.R.A.I.N Initiative, such as iARPA, the National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Science Foundation (NSF), or others to conduct rigorous and comprehensive research on this condition, and to develop effective and safe treatments for it. These members of the B.R.A.I.N Initiative Alliance have the expertise, resources, and infrastructure to lead this effort, and to collaborate with other stakeholders such as "Silver Surfer", clinicians, researchers, and advocacy groups.

In addition, we call for temporary bans on distribution of the substances that caused this condition as an apparent adverse effect. With the demand for and the utilization of these substances currently on the rise, this issue affects us all and it's not just "Silver Surfer's" personal battle anymore. By signing this petition, we demand acknowledgment and action towards mitigation of this condition and it's treatment on a national level; changes which will save lives in the future.

We urge the Biden Administration to allocate sufficient funding and personnel to iARPA and/or others for this purpose. We are not asking for charity or sympathy; we are asking for Justice and Dignity for "Silver Surfer". They deserve to Finally have their voice heard, their needs met, and their life restored after enduring the neglect that President Obama and President Biden, their Cabinets, and their Administrations have committed over the last decade from 2012 to Present; All while multiple attempts to seek help responsibly and discreetly were made throughout by "Silver Surfer" to no avail.

Neglect which, in no easy way to say, has Cost Tens of Thousands of Lives, Billions of Dollars in Property Damage, the Success of the Afghan War, the Erosion of Rights, Loss of Resources, the Rising of Carbon Levels and the Loss of Precious Wildlife & the Environment, along with numerous other Negative Impacts to our Beautiful Country and the World at Large.
