I could complain abut every other thing that all my neighbors are complaining about, but at this point we are all literally repeating ourselves. I can 100% agree, the building needs better infrastructure, it's dirty, there's roach infestations, leaks, false fire alarms, there was an actual fire, elevators are constantly breaking down, parking garage smells like TRASH and water leaks from EVERYWHERE, including the concrete ceilings.

What I would like for everyone who comes across this to really know though, is the people who run this place do not give a damn about the community. People are being mistreated by management and staff. These are the people that are supposed to be keeping their residents safe and make them feel at home. That white male security guard that's been mentioned multiple times in other reviews is just one example of how little they care as he was kept on the premises even after these issues we are reading about in the reviews had been brought to office staff. Residents here do not feel safe. There are far more serious issues that have been brushed off time and time again. This man is racist, he targets POC and insults, threatens and just makes people uncomfortable.

As a resident of Polaris at SeaTac, I am deeply concerned about the living conditions and treatment we receive from the building's staff and management. We can all collectively agree that living here has not been the best experience and we are all being robbed of our rights. The daily occurrences in this building are not acceptable, raising serious concerns about our safety, comfort, and dignity.

Tenants' rights are protected under Washington State law (RCW 59.18), which includes the right to a habitable dwelling, protection against unlawful eviction, and more. However, it seems these laws have been overlooked by Polaris at SeaTac management.

We believe there is an urgent need for an investigation into this matter to ensure that our rights as tenants are respected and upheld. This petition calls upon local authorities in SeaTac, WA to intervene on behalf of us residents who feel unheard and neglected.
