In 2026 alone, there have been more than 10 outages, affecting multiple buildings and significantly disrupting residents’ daily lives. These are not isolated incidents—they point to a systemic failure of the heat and hot water system.

Despite recurring issues, the response from Rendall & Rittner and Insite Energy has been reactive, applying temporary fixes rather than delivering a permanent and reliable solution.
