The Issue

I am a trainer at uFaber Edutech Private Limited, a single woman who relies heavily on the income from this job to support my living costs, including rent. Unfortunately, the company has been delaying salary payments to many of its trainers, placing us in a severely compromising position.

Not being paid what we have worked hard to earn is not only an unethical business practice but also a violation of our labour rights. Being unable to pay my bills due to a stubborn lack of consideration for its employees' livelihood indicates a serious lack of professionalism and respect from this company.

Numerous other trainers and I find ourselves working unpaid, struggling to keep up with our essential expenses, let alone emergency ones. This consistent non-payment of salaries not only impacts our daily lives but also our motivation and productivity at work.

We urge the concerned authorities to carry out strict legal action against uFaber Edutech Private Limited for practicing such injustice. We also appeal to the public, our fellow trainers, and all ethical businesses to support our cause and pressurize this company to pay its dues.

Let us unite in fighting for our rights and preventing such exploitation in the workplace. Please join us in this cause and sign our petition.
