Unlike other streaming platforms such as Paramount+, Hulu, and Peacock that offer student discounts, Netflix does not provide any such concessions. This is a significant burden on students who already face high tuition fees and living expenses.

The benefits of having access to entertainment through platforms like Netflix include reduced anxiety and opportunities for bonding with friends - both crucial aspects of maintaining mental health during stressful academic years.
