Demand MDC/Canadianvisa.org to Refund Fraudulently Acquired Funds

The Issue

My name is Nkechika Collins Akpe a testament to the countless victims of visa fraudsters worldwide. I represent one of many voices cheated out of their hard-earned money by MDC/Canadianvisa.org. This company posed as a legitimate Canadian visa processing firm, promising to assist in visa procurement for a fee. Trusting in their services, I handed over $3,500. However, they later turned out to be a fraudulent organization who had no interest in assisting their clients but were only motivated by deceit and theft.

It is not only the financial loss that stings, but the betrayal of trust and the toll it takes on people trying to start a journey for a better future. According to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre, over 5,000 victims lost more than $30 million to visa fraud scams in 2020, demonstrating that this issue is widespread and affecting a significant number of hopeful individuals seeking a better life in Canada.

MDC/Canadianvisa.org's refusal to refund the money they deceitfully acquired from us is not only unjust but utterly immoral. We need to stand against such fraudulent practices, ensure that they face consequences, and take action to protect individuals from falling prey to such scams in the future.

We appeal to the appropriate authorities to investigate this matter, hold MDC/Canadianvisa.org accountable, and ensure that the money defrauded from victims like myself is returned.
