The Issue

We, the undersigned, stand united in demanding full justice and maximum sentencing for Ryan Olufs, a Robbins, North Carolina man charged with felony second- and third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.

Olufs, whose home is tied to both Misty Morning Ranch and a childcare center, has been accused of possessing and duplicating horrific material showing a prepubescent girl, approximately 7–10 years old, engaged in sexual acts. As a predator embedded in a military community of warfighters, veterans, and families, Olufs represents not just a local threat, but a national betrayal.

We demand:

-That the President of the United States support legislation ensuring child predators receive the severest legal penalties, as was promised under President Trump’s administration, because this has gone on long enough.
-That the North Carolina District Attorneys Association and Moore County District Attorney pursue every possible charge and maximum sentencing under federal and state law to ensure Olufs is permanently removed from society.
-That the Moore County Sheriff and investigators expand the investigation fully, uncovering any additional crimes, including possible direct abuse or exploitation of children under his care.
-That local, state, and federal agencies immediately provide trauma screenings, counseling services, and mental health support — free of charge — to every family whose child had contact with Olufs, Misty Morning Ranch, or Southern Pines Academy.

Our military families — who have sacrificed to defend this nation — should not have to fear for their children’s safety at home. We stand together to protect our children, demand justice for victims, and ensure predators like Olufs face the full weight of the law

Please sign and share this petition to show that our community will not stand silently. We demand zero tolerance, maximum punishment, and lifelong protection for our children.
