The Issue

As the citizens of Canada, we are frustrated and concerned about the current state of our nation’s economy and policies under the influence of Mark Carney, former Governor of the Bank of Canada and former Governor of the Bank of England. Our frustration stems from the suffering and decline we have witnessed in recent years, which can only be attributed to misguided decisions and policies that have not served the best interests of Canadians.

Firstly, the Canadian economy has seen a decline, characterized by deficit spending that has put a burden on future generations. The failure to repeal Bill C-69, an act that imposes strict greenhouse gas assessments, has stalled vital economic projects like pipelines and gold mines, further contributing to unemployment and economic stagnation in regions dependent on these sectors. These decisions are perceived as benefiting a select few while neglecting the broader population.

Furthermore, there have been allegations of conflicts of interest and backing questionable entities. The support of Islamic terrorist-linked organizations paints a concerning picture of the leadership and its priorities. Such affiliations are not only deeply troubling on a moral level but also damaging to our international reputation.

Mark Carney's role in these decisions raises significant concerns about his priorities and ability to govern without bias. The managed decline of our economy under his influence is evident and must be addressed immediately.

We believe it is imperative for Canada's growth and ethical standing to call for Mark Carney’s resignation. It is time for new leadership that is committed to transparent decisions, focused on Canada's prosperity and security, while eliminating activities that benefit only select interests.

We urge everyone who shares these concerns to stand with us and demand accountability. Sign this petition to push for a necessary change in leadership, for the betterment of our nation and future generations.
