Demand Legal Removal of Certain Credit Union Namibia Members and Social Media Administrators

The Issue

As concerned members, bond holders and associates of Credit Union Namibia (CUN), we are deeply troubled by the actions of Lelanie Badenhorst, Rupping Theron, Pieter Badenhorst and the administrators of CUN's social media groups. We believe they have committed serious offenses including company hijacking, fraud, corruption, solicitation, defamation and contravention of several financial and business Acts in Namibia. These allegations are not baseless; they are substantiated by reports such as "CUN Gen Namibia Interface", "Public Notice", "GEN CUN Interface documents, which circulated and they have not yet vacate the offices and their alleged positions as members in the company".

These individuals' actions not only violate our trust but also undermine the integrity of our beloved institution. Their continued presence within CUN is a blemish on its reputation and a potential threat to its future stability.

We therefore call upon relevant authorities to investigate these allegations thoroughly. If found guilty, we demand that these individuals be legally charged by NAMPOL  and removed from their positions within Credit Union Namibia with immediate effect.

This petition is more than just a request; it's an urgent plea for justice from those who care deeply about the future of Credit Union Namibia. Please sign this petition to support our cause for transparency and accountability within CUN.
