I love KFC's chicken. Nothing compares to the crunch of their perfectly-seasoned skin or the tenderness of the meat. But for me and many like me in Estonia, the joy of having KFC is incomplete without one essential side—mashed potatoes and gravy. It's comfort food at its finest, a perfect balance to the crispy chicken, and undoubtedly the best side to have with it. However, to our disappointment, KFC Estonia does not offer mashed potatoes on their menu, while they do in other countries.

KFC's mashed potatoes and gravy are a staple in their meals across the globe. They are available in KFCs in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and many more. However, for some inexplicable reason, they are not part of the offerings in Estonia. It's a missing piece in our KFC experience, leaving us feeling excluded from a global taste sensation.

What makes this concerning is that potatoes are also a part of Estonian culinary culture. They are versatile, locally available, and well-loved by our people, making it even more baffling why this option isn't provided in our local KFC outlets. We don't just believe mashed potatoes should be part of the menu, we view it as an essential representation of our culinary preference, reflecting the diversity and unity in KFC's global menu.
