The Issue
Human Rights Defender facing immediate reprisal and physical harm.
The Crisis: My name is Buppha Wittaya-Amponpunt. I am currently fighting a critical civil case in the High Court (King’s Bench Division, Case Ref: KB-2025-004650). Because some of the defendants are high-ranking public authorities, including the now resigned UK PM Keir Starmer and the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis, I believe they are abusing their power to place me under 24/7 illegal, intrusive surveillance—non-consensually filming me around the clock with the hidden cameras, which also record audio, distributing / live-streaming the illegal recordings for profit, monitoring my devices, intercepting my legal mail, severely harassing and intimidating me on a daily basis to silence me, and actively blocking me from securing legal counsel.
The Prime Minister Keir Starmer has just resigned, but the system of suppression remains. While Downing Street changes hands, he and the police are still monitoring all my devices and blocking my right to a fair trial under Article 6.
UPDATE: My lawsuit is officially registered under High Court Claim Number: KB-2025-004650. I have applied for an urgent emergency injunction to stop the surveillance and restore my access to lawyers. However, the paperwork is being delayed, and the intimidation is continuing. They are trying to run down the clock in the dark. I therefore call for an immediate international investigation by international human rights rapporteurs, human rights organisations, human rights lawyers, investigative journalists, newspapers, news outlets, and similar, into the systemic sexual abuse, illegal surveillance and the deliberate blocking of my access to legal representation. Because internal agencies appear to be "covering up for each other.”
Why it Matters: This is not just a case of individual crime; it is a "Miscarriage of Justice" in real-time. When those who uphold the law use it as a shield for organized crime and sexual exploitation, the entire justice system fails.
This is one of the most severe breaches of public trust. In the UK and in democratic countries, the right to a fair trial and access to legal advice is protected under Article 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR). Therefore, this may be a serious case of a "State-Sanctioned Blockade of Justice” and a matter of constitutional importance.
The actions taken by the state actors, who are the Defendants in my claim—including blocking my access to legal counsel and intercepting communications—are preventing the proper legal investigation of this evidence.
The public has a right to know when state machinery is used to bypass the justice system.
The Irreparable Harm: Without immediate international scrutiny, there is an imminent risk of physical harm, even death, or permanent disappearance, as I am completely cut off from the protection of the law.
The Demand: I am calling on the UK PM Keir Starmer and/or other public officials to immediately cease all illegal surveillance of citizens in active/pending litigation and to disclose all communications held with law firms regarding my case. We need 50,000 signatures to show the Ministry of Justice that the public will not stand for 'rigged' trials."
