My name is the anonymous petitioner and I am one of the countless victims who've lost their life savings — and more — to a malicious share market scam orchestrated by Nikhil Chadha, Sarah Qureshi and Zubin Gandhi. 

In our trusting naivety, we were lured by their schemes promising hefty returns of 3 to 20% per month on investments. We were provided with post-dated security cheques and a 100% capital protection plan agreement. Yet, it all crumbled when the truth came to light and the main accused, Nikhil Chadha, fled to Dubai along with his wife Sarah Qureshi, leaving 150+ investors deluded and penniless. As an unfortunate outcome, our collective loss has amount to over 100+ crores.

What twisted the knife further into our wounds was the revelation that Zubin Gandhi and Nikhil Mishra are still on the loose, allegedly aided by certain corrupt police officers like Sachin Jadhav and Kiran. Our trust in the legal system was tarnished when an FIR -0295 was finally registered against the culprits on 15/05/2024, under IPC sections 406, 409, 420, 34 & MPID section 3 & 4,after much delay.

• Nikhil Shyam Chadha (Nikhil Chaddha) along with his wife Sarah Qureshi are enjoying their life in Dubai safely. No action has been taken till date against these accused. Zubin Gandhi is still on the run and not yet arrested thanks to our Vimannagar, Pune & Yerawada Police station officials who backed them when action had to take against them. Police officer Sachin Jadhav said to be friend of Zubin Gandhi took Nikhil Chadha's passport in his custody for his own interests. But somehow Nikhil Chadha filed missing complaint for his passport and managed to get new one with the help of the system and fled away with Sarah Qureshi. 

• Nikhil Chadha (Nikhil Shyam Chadha) & his wife Sarah Qureshi (Sarah Ahmedali Inamali Qureshi) managed to take employee VISA from SHREERAZ SHEERAZ MEDICAL & LABORATORY EQUIPMENT REPAIRING CO. and said to be working with VIDABRICKS REAL ESTATE LLC. 

• Nikhil Chadha still managed to get fresh investments in Dubai with the help of his wife Sarah Qureshi. He and his wife running same modus operandi and managed to convince few investors in Dubai that he has ASCA license and he works with one of the best forex company i.e. Century Financial Consultancy LLC.

Several cheque bounce cases imposed on the Nikhil Chadha and travel ban has been imposed and he is still diving deep into the sea to find another shore and trying to escape from Dubai to Canada with the help of his wife Sarah Qureshi as she holds Canadian visa and tells people that she is Pakistani National. 

We, the victims, deserve better. Our hopes have been tarnished, our savings stolen, and our faith in the system has been irreparably shaken. We now demand immediate and effective action against the accused. We urge the authorities to ensure all necessary measures are taken for their swift capture and for our stolen funds to be rightfully returned to us.
