I was an active user of X Corp for over five years when, without warning or clear justification, my account was suspended for what they termed "inauthentic behavior." Despite being part of this community for so long the rules on what constitutes such behavior were vague and left me in limbo, unsure of why I was targeted.

Many users like myself are facing the brunt of X Corp’s arbitrary decisions. Numerous accounts have been suspended without due process, leaving individuals without clear explanations or an opportunity for human review. These sudden actions disrupt communities, isolate users, and damage reputations often built over years on X Corp’s platform.

X Corp’s approach of mass suspensions not only lacks transparency but also fairness. Users deserve clear guidelines and a chance for their voices to be heard. While technology has advanced, human oversight is crucial to ensure justice and accuracy in the decision-making process regarding suspensions.

To address these issues, X Corp should immediately:
1. Publish clear and precise definitions of what constitutes "inauthentic behavior" and all other reasons for suspensions
2. Implement a mandatory human review process for account suspensions to ensure fairness and transparency.
3. Provide affected users with detailed explanations of why their accounts were suspended and allow for a proper appeal process.
