Demand Justice for Unlawfully Seized Animals and Violation of Homeowners Rights

Demand Justice for Unlawfully Seized Animals and Violation of Homeowners Rights
The Issue
This petition is initiated by Emma Kelone, also known as Miracle Kelone, who has faced serious injustices regarding her owned animals. They were unlawfully taken from her property without her consent or a valid warrant. This unrelenting case of misjustice also involves her neighbors whose animals were seized unlawfully as well.
The Avoyelles Parish Sheriff's Office (APSO) served a warrant a day after the animals were taken in a blatant misstep of legal procedure. They were contacted by Charles Riddle, who requested Miracle to provide temporary housing for two sick horses until the Humane Society could retrieve them. Yet, in a turn of events, Brittany Ware, David Ware, Kelly Roy, and their team trespassed on Karen Kelones & Shun St.Romains property, fervently claiming shortage of space to house these animals.
The actions performed by Brittany and APSO raise a multitude of questions. Some of these questions are: How is it legal to seize animals without a proper warrant? How can APSO serve a warrant after the act had already taken place? These questions remain unanswered, leaving a profound sense of justice yet to be delivered.
We firmly believe there's a direct violation of homeowners rights in this case. The circumstance not only impacts Miracle Kelone, Karen Kelone & Shun St. Romain's but also every individual who cherishes their rights to protection of their homes and animals. This petition seeks to address the actions of Brittany Ware, APSO, and their cohorts, to take responsibility for their misstep of justice, and to return the unlawfully obtained animals to their rightful owner.
We sincerely urge you; sign this petition to demand answers for the questions unanswered, and to ensure rights of ownership are respected and protected. Let's stand together to uphold the essence of justice, and safeguard the rights of every homeowner. Sign now, and together, we can make a difference.
