This petition stems from a deeply personal and distressing experience. I, the petitioner, was subjected to racial bias and unfair treatment in a child support case presided over by the Honorable Jill Renfro Willis of Collin County, Texas. Despite my pleas for enforcement of child support owed to me - amounting to over $40,000 in arrears - Judge Willis hastily approved a transfer case but later favored the other party who was swiftly granted an attorney. The court overlooked evidence proving that this individual could indeed afford legal representation.

In an alarming turn of events, Judge Willis signed my orders only to void them the following day per instructions from the Attorney General's office. This act attempted to erase prior arrears owed by the other party. My children and I were disregarded; our safety was compromised despite having a protection order in place.

This is not just about one case but represents a broader issue within our justice system where racial bias can influence outcomes detrimentally affecting families like mine who are seeking rightful support.

We call upon local authorities and judicial oversight bodies to investigate this matter thoroughly ensuring that justice is served fairly without prejudice or bias. We demand accountability from those entrusted with upholding justice especially when it concerns vulnerable families seeking child support enforcement.
