Our Story:

Oompa Loompa 3710 with his family in Loompaland. He has not seen them since his kidnapping

Separated from our families as a young Oompa Loompas, we were brought to a land we knew, and still to this day, know nothing about. The inside of Willy Wonka's factory is all we've ever known. We pull 16-hour shifts, are paid in cacao beans discarded from the production lines and are fed solely in Three Course Dinner Chewing Gum. Sadly, this is not just our story, but the story of many Oompa Loompas, who like us, are victims of the alarming crimes done by Willy Wonka that include trafficking, enslavement, underpayment of wages, and even forced breeding.

The conditions are dire, and this exploitative operation, popularized as a whimsical candy wonderland, must be exposed for what it is: a site of countless human rights violations. Despite the popular portrayal of the factory as a vibrant center of creativity and innovation, the grim reality could not be more different. Simply put, the joyful lore of Willy Wonka's wizardry is built upon the misery of my kin and me.

Our call for justice is urgent and necessary - Willy Wonka's crimes against the Oompa Loompas cannot remain unpunished. We demand rigorous investigation and serious retribution for the damages to our community. The time to hold Willy Wonka accountable is now. Our demands are simple:

1. Wonka and Wonka Brands willingly open the doors to the factory to allow an investigation. In lieu of an invitation, we call upon a full criminal investigation to be launched
2. Wonka and Wonka Brands immediately end the illegal trafficking of Oompa Loompas
3. Wonka and Wonka Brands provide enslaved Oompa Loompas a path to emancipation 
4. Wonka and Wonka Brands provide fair compensation for any Oompa Loompas that freely elect to remain employed at the factory
5. Wonka and Wonka brands provide reparations to the sovereign nation of Loompa Land in the amount and period as determined by an independent jury
