Demand Justice for the Child Victims of the Alabama Bunker Case

The Issue

Ten children — some just 3 years old — were subjected to unimaginable abuse in a concrete bunker in Alabama. Authorities say they were restrained, drugged, and sexually tortured by adults who charged others to come and hurt them. The abuse was not a one-time event. It was systematic, calculated, and, according to investigators, profitable.

Seven people have been arrested so far, and some of them were reportedly related to the victims. Officials say the abuse may be connected to a national sex trafficking network, and that more victims — and more perpetrators — may still be out there. Some of those charged have already confessed.

This is one of the worst crimes ever uncovered in our country. These children were failed in the most devastating way, and the public must make it clear: justice is not optional.

We are calling on Alabama’s Attorney General, the district attorney, and all law enforcement agencies involved to fully prosecute every person responsible. No plea deals. No leniency. No delays. This investigation must continue until every last abuser is identified and held accountable.

At the same time, the state must guarantee long-term care, protection, and trauma-informed support for each child who survived this horror. These children deserve safety, stability, and every resource possible to help them begin healing.

This case cannot fade from the headlines without consequences. If we want to live in a society that truly protects children, we have to prove it when it matters most.

Sign this petition if you believe the children who survived this deserve justice, truth, and the full weight of the law. The people who did this must be held accountable — fully, publicly, and without exception.
