In 2017, T Nhaveen, an 18-year-old boy was brutally beaten and later pronounced brain dead. Five individuals were accused of this heinous crime, including two who were juveniles at the time. Despite the severity of the case, all five were found not guilty by Justice Radzi Hamid in George Town High Court. This decision has left many questioning the integrity of our justice system and seeking answers for Nhaveen's untimely death. We believe that every victim deserves justice and every crime should be punished accordingly.
