I am one of many who have fallen victim to the lacklustre integrity of VW Transporter engines. I purchased a VW Transporter 2.0 Bi-TDi CFCA/CXEB, believing it to be a superior, reliable vehicle. Yet, the manufacturers are not taking any action towards providing support or adequately addressing this issue. We believe it's time for this lack of accountability to come to an end. It's crucial that VW is held responsible for the problem and takes steps to offer compensation to individuals like myself, who trusted them and their product.
