Dear South Africa,
Mehmet Vefa Dag is bravely standing up against the injustices occurring in Curro institutions. Curro has been led by Chris van der Merwe and Douglas Ramaphosa. Since 2019, numerous rape cases have been reported at Mafikeng Curro, KwaZulu Natal Curro, Nelspruit Curro, Century City Curro, and other Curro institutions, with these stories making headlines in IOL, News 24, Sowetan Live, The Sun, and various other media outlets.
Mr. Mehmet Vefa Dag has taken to social media to demand justice for the victims, and since then, Curro has launched a counterattack against the President Mehmet Vefa Dag.
Curro has open a harassment case against Mr. Dag at the Western Cape High Court. The first appearance is set for April 16, 2025, followed by a second appearance on May 5, and a third on May 28, 2025. Each of these hearings will take place before different judges. It's worth noting that the third judge may not be qualified to handle this case, as her expertise lies in commerce, not harassment.
Judge TC Ndita: (April 16 2025): Verbally made a ruling that Mr Mehmet Vefa Dag has permission to continue with his social media postings regarding the incidents that happened at the Curro Institutions. Judge 1 interdict/court order issued to Mr. Dag states in writing differently that was motioned in court with witnesses on the day.
When Mr. Mehmet Vefa Dag wanted to oppose the interdict/court order after receipt it was said that all documents, i.e the oppose affidavit, printed evidence etc. should be handed in at the applicants attorneys and to court.
The documents, inclusive of affidavits from the witnesses from what was ruled on 16 April 2025 was handed in as per the judge requirements, 15 May 2025.
Judge L Nuku (May 5 2025): without giving Mr. Mehmet Vefa Dag as well as his witnesses a fair chance to explain to the court what was ruled on 16 April 2025, ruled that Mr. Mehmet Vefa Dag was in contempt of the first interdict/court order and therefore ruled a 90 days suspended sentence.
Judge CN Nziweni (28 May 2025). Gave the applicants attorneys a fair chance and hearing to what was initiated as defamation and violation of all previous outcomes. Mr. Mehmet Vefa Dag was given a chance to explain to the court his verdict of the named case but with all proven evidence, not taking witnesses in consideration of what was ruled on 16 April 2025 and 5 May 2025, the judge on 28 May ruled the outcome that the 90 days suspended sentence must be actioned on Mr. Mehmet Vefa Dag.
ONCE AGAIN PROVEN UNFAIR AND INJUSTICE TO A POLITICAL LEADER OF THE SA NATION , FIGHTING FOR JUSTICE , SOLIDARITY AND EQUALITY. . UNFAIR RULING BY INEXPERIENCED JUDGE NO 2 AND 3. LETS UNITE AGAINST INJUSTICE TO SOUTH ACRICAN CITIZENS
ON BEHALF OF ALL SOUTH AFRICAN CITIZENS
