Demand Justice for Johnattan Luis Aruz 

We, the undersigned, demand a thorough and transparent investigation into the death of Johnattan Luis Aruz, a 28-year-old resident of Pottsville, PA, who tragically passed away on October 24, 2023, due to fentanyl poisoning.

Johnattan's senseless death has left a devastating impact on his loving family and friends. He was a devoted father to his beautiful 3-year-old daughter, a beloved son, brother, uncle, nephew, grandson, and cousin. His family and loved ones believe that his death was not an accidental overdose, but a drug-induced homicide.

Johnattan was known for his kind heart and selfless nature. He was always willing to lend a helping hand and would give his last to someone in need. His generosity and compassion inspired countless people, and his loss has left a gaping hole in the lives of those who knew him.

Despite their efforts to seek answers and justice, they have been met with inadequate response and lack of progress from the Pottsville Police Department. We urge the Pottsville Police Department to:

1. Conduct a comprehensive investigation into Johnattan's death, including identifying and holding accountable those responsible for providing the fentanyl that led to his tragic passing.
2. Provide regular updates and communication to Johnattan's family on the progress of the investigation.
3. Ensure that justice is served and those responsible are held accountable for their actions.
