Demand justice for Jackson Clark

Demand justice for Jackson Clark
The Issue
On August 10, 2025, in Walker County, Alabama at "The Barn," Jackson Clark's life was irrevocably altered. At approximately 4:00 a.m. on that near fateful night, Jackson was subjected to a vicious attack (jumping) that left him shot in the neck from a pistol whipping, necessitating an emergency medflight to the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) Hospital. Despite the severity of this assault, the aggressors involved received only second-degree assault charges, a decision that screams of injustice and underrepresentation of the true nature of this crime. Especially so that it was recorded and is available for all the watch.
As a passionate advocate for justice and accountability, I am appalled by the slow response from the District Attorney’s office (Bill Adair Jr.) regarding the involvement of individuals like Raelynn Norris. Her role, along with Kylie Brannon, in orchestrating the events leading to Jackson's shooting must be thoroughly examined and prosecuted accordingly. Alabama Liability Law - Code § 13A-2-23 clearly provides grounds for holding both responsible, yet action has been sluggish and inadequate.
Given Raelynn and Kylie were also present for the shooting at “The Pit” on October 19, 2025 that left one dead and Ms. Norris as a “victim” for (Attempted Murder) yet she’s held to no account in criminal complaints for the ambush on Jackson Clark? (Video proof of her involvement to come) If you did not know, let me key you in, Ms. Norris and Ms. Brannon are best friends. Ms. Norris was the driver for Ms. Brannon on the night Jackson Clark was shot. Could you believe the upstanding citizen she is, she refused to allow him in her truck for medical care, call 911, or assist in anything other than his jumping and shooting? As a matter of fact, this whole situation started because of Ms. Brannon, right Kylie? You lie to your ex, you set up your current boyfriend and watch as he’s jumped, and shot. All because of a lie YOU told. Think I have proof? According to a source; Ms. Brannon showed the next day to work - showing the video to all that would watch it. Boasting about it. While a Mother sits with her son that had been shot inches from his jugular and exiting roughly an inch from his spinal cord. Heres the kicker guys; the shooter was the only one that offered assistance and sympathy after this tragic situation. Not Ms. Brannon, not the other alleged fourteen people there. Yet a sixteen year old girl comes in and ensures Jackson is able to make it to the hospital via car.
Ms. Brannon, it doesn’t seem like love is what you have for Jackson; rather a death wish. You enjoyed every minute of his agony and still try to play victim. I have it all, Ms. Brannon. I know the truth. So do you. I will see to it; you’re held accountable for not just this incident, but the many others and I know you are aware what I’m talking about, you have a hunger for violence - and it seems as Ms. Norris does too.
This repetitive behavior of being involved in catastrophic situations could be one of two things: 1. Bad luck 2. The problem. Is it that these women are just unfortunate to be involved in so many brutal attacks and shooting - or is it odd death and bloodshed tends to follow them around?
The negligence to charge those involved under the appropriate legal framework sets a dangerous precedent - Walker County Alabama, It sends a message that individuals can assist in such heinous acts without fearing serious legal repercussions. This is not only an affront to justice but a disregarding of the safety and security of our communities.
I urge the authorities in Walker County and beyond to reevaluate the charges pressed against the parties involved and to ensure that justice is served for Jackson Clark. We demand that Kylie Brannon and Raelynn Norris, along with any other conspirators, be held accountable for their roles in this senseless act of violence.
Justice delayed is justice denied, and it is imperative that the legal system reflects the severity of the crime committed.
Please join me in urging Walker County and the relevant legal entities to pursue appropriate charges under Alabama’s law to ensure that everyone involved is held accountable. Two shooting, Two months apart, Two of the same women, Two very different outcomes. District Attorney Bill Adair Jr. I am asking that you fight for the victims as you took an oath to do, you were elected to ensure all are held accountable. Do not let this be a testimony of why you should not be responsible for protecting victims and ensuing justice in ALL realms. You have the same information I do, hold these two accountable and clear up Walker County Alabama. Sign this petition to demand justice for Jackson Clark and to prevent similar injustices in the future.
