On August 23, 2023, a beautiful soul was taken from us. Ironesha Queena Williams, my sister and best friend, was drugged by individuals who she considered her "friends". Evidence suggests that these individuals were fully aware of the lethal substance they gave her. These people are still free, potentially causing harm and taking away young lives for their own gain.

Ironesha had so much to offer the world; her life was cut short due to this heinous act. This is not just about Ironesha; it's about every young person whose life has been stolen by such reckless actions. According to the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), in 2019 alone there were 70,630 drug overdose deaths in the United States - an alarming statistic that underlines the urgency of our cause.
