Giselle Bollman, a 5-year-old girl, has been severely traumatized and abused in every possible way by her father, Joseph P. Bollman. This abuse includes sexual assault and starvation which hinders her growth and development. Despite multiple calls to Sevier County Sheriff (SCSO) for welfare checks and medical care, the authorities have discriminated against us and refused to provide necessary services to Tessa & Gisele who are both severely malnourished.

The Department of Children Services (DOCS), located only 7 minutes from SCSO, has been called three different times but they have closed every case without taking any action against the abuser. Both caseworker manager, supervisor & SCSO Sgt Tate keep threatening to press charges against me if I don't stay away.

This petition is personal because Giselle is my granddaughter. On December 26th, 2023 I witnessed Joe locking up Gisele & threatening Tessa who were both very sick & held captive. I managed to escape but Sgt Tate protected Joe instead of our family.

We demand justice for Gisele! We call on the local law enforcement agencies - Sevier County Sheriff's Office (SCSO) - as well as the Department of Children Services (DOCS) to take immediate action against Joseph P.Bollman for his heinous crimes towards his children.
