On March 3rd, 2025, an unimaginable tragedy shattered our lives. In the early hours of that day, while I, Brenda Smith, was sleeping, a fire was deliberately set by the door of the premises where Clinton Garrett Smith COWBOY and Samantha Delia were staying. Samantha died on the scene, while CLINT was rushed to the burn unit at Fresno Community Hospital. He endured the agony of three surgeries to replace 80% of the burned skin on his body, and was placed in an induced coma due to the extreme pain. Tragically, Clint as an innocent bystander caught in a vicious triangle of hate and jealousy.

Despite the gravity of these atrocities, the investigation surrounding their deaths has been insufficient. The Fresno County Sheriff's Department, the Fire Department, and the Coroner have failed to provide transparent communication about their findings, leaving family members in the dark. Clinton Garrett Smith's name has not even been made public, and the media continues to silence our voices, obstructing our right to speak and demand justice for our loved ones.

It's time for the truth and evidence to surface. I urge the people of Fresno County to demand a thorough investigation and public acknowledgment of these heinous crimes. The families of Clint and Samantha deserve clarity, justice, and closure. The authorities must recognize the severity of the situation and act to convict the guilty parties.
