On May 5th 2022 Charles Hill Jr. Was wrongfully convicted on charges of Sexual Assault and Indecent Assualt at the Montgomery County Courthouse. As he is  awaiting his fate on his sentence for the above charges we as a family and community our coming together to get support for Charles Hill Jr., that is being accused of one of the worst crimes a Man can be accused of, and not only is it falsehood, it also was no evidence that could even back the charges up and the crime alone, to even see how he was convicted of these charges in the first place. In the State of Pennsylvania on Sexual Assault u don't have to have any evidence at all,  just a statement from a victim and u are considered to be Guilty on that fact alone. We as people of the USA have to change that Law and make noise to the higher courts to overturn that ruling on the Sexual Assault Act. So, I am asking that if u can find it in your hearts to support, sign and take the time and share this petition, I will truly appreciate it and Charles Hill Jr will also. This could be your Father, Husband, Brother, Son, Uncle or Friend that can go through this same motion, and sadly get the same bad deal dealt to them also.
