Gcina Angel Dhladhla died on duty at Cartrack Randburg on 06 June 2026 after being denied urgent medical care and forced to work in unsafe conditions. 

We demand the Department of Employment and Labour launch an immediate investigation into Cartrack Randburg’s health and safety practices, and hold those responsible accountable under South African labour law.
