In 2012, my husband, Brad Stacy, was arrested in Oklahoma City without real evidence tying him to the accusations against him. He was coerced into accepting a deal, and not even a year later, the woman who falsely accused him of rape was granted temporary guardianship of our child. This has turned our lives upside down, and no organization claiming to assist with wrongful convictions has been willing to help us.

The so-called evidence that led to Brad's conviction was flimsy at best. The justice system failed by allowing unfounded claims to put an innocent man behind bars. It's heartbreaking to witness someone you love being punished for a crime they did not commit, all the while struggling to understand why the truth is being ignored.

Our plea is simple: we want to find a lawyer who can appeal Brad's case and eventually prove his innocence. However, it seems the legal system is reluctant to revisit such cases, leaving individuals like Brad without recourse.

We urge you to support us in demanding a thorough investigation into Brad's conviction. By doing so, we can expose the injustices faced by many wrongfully accused individuals across the country, starting with Oklahoma City.
