I am Priscilla K., and I am passionate about Bozo, not only because he is my dog but also my heart. Bozo, a mix of Boston terrier and Pug, also known as a Bug, has been a member of my family for the past four years. From the time he was a puppy, his loving and active personality lit up my life and everyone that has met him.  However, recently, our lives have taken a turn as Bozo is being retained unlawfully by someone who seeks to extort me.

This petition isn't merely a claim for property. Bozo is not just a pet, he is a family member. With a heart filled with love and a disposition so lively, he brings immense joy and companionship to my life. My fear is that he is now likely confused and saddened – perhaps wondering why he was abruptly separated from his Mommy.

This process isn't just about reclaiming my property. It is about standing up for the rights of pet owners, protecting pets from being treated as mere objects, and preserving the bond between pets and their families.

Using this petition, I wish to establish proof of Bozo's rightful ownership by collecting endorsements from friends, associates and anyone who knows Bozo belongs to me. This is aimed at providing the judge with the facts needed to order Russ to return my property.
