I am writing this petition out of sheer frustration and heartfelt sorrow. The situation I want to change is personal and gravely serious. A life was taken tragically and unjustly; the life of Austin Metcalf. He fell victim to a murder committed by an individual named Karmelo Anthony. Not only was his life Torn away, but Anthony and his family have managed to profit from Austin's death, selling merchandise under the misleading banner of 'Justice for Karmelo Anthony'.

This is an appalling situation showing an unspeakable lack of respect for the victim’s family and a callous manipulation of the public. It pains me to see murderers go free and not only escape the consequences of their actions but profit from them as well. This case reveals deeply rooted issues in our justice system, as bond was provided to Karmelo Anthony despite the serious nature of his crime.

Fraudulent activities and perjury have been reported in association with Karmelo Anthony's case— and this only adds insult to injury. All financial resources gained from the bond and the misleading merchandise sales must be confiscated, and sent to Austin Metcalf's grieving family who should be the rightful recipients.

We need strong public support to pressure the legal authorities to revisit the case, revoke Karmelo Anthony's bond and perjury charges, and secure justice for Austin Metcalf. This is a pressing matter that requires urgent attention and action. This is a plea for justice, for Austin, and for all other victims of such heartless acts.
