I am writing on behalf my sister and her kids she is religious orthodox Jewish woman but me I am not

I am writing this letter as I am reporting a missing Jewish child that was kidnapped from his Jewish family especially from his mother 11 years ago I am the uncle of the Child my nephew was kidnapped in UK from his mother they took advantage of her told her leave the house where she was living with the child and the child dad with some black woman kidnapped my nephew my sister almost had heart attack we almost lost her we reported to the police from Romania and been looking for him over 10 years I want all the people was involved in this to be arrested especially that he a Jewish boy as well. He needs to be with his Jewish Family. And know the family of mother side too. The mom lives in the Jewish community with her other kids. Every day she crying over her lost child Putting posters everywhere for over 10 years going from house to house asking of her missing child . We are worried because of his non Jewish dad that was involved into fraudulent activities. Not only he did fake documents he also stolen her passport and her greencard beat her and told her do abortion that time we saw photos how she was beaten by him. So from my understanding the dad took the child with him to Liverpool a criminal should not be allowed near a child. He even lied his name is Raoul Santana But his real name is Raoul Ngapa was told he was in prison he did fake EU passport has no parental responsibility or rights . One of the woman that told me sister leave the house and involved taking her child by forced her name is Juliette Green.

So from my understanding the dad took the child with him to Liverpool a criminal should not be allowed near a child.

But his real name is Raoul Ngapa was told he was in prison he did fake EU passport has no parental responsibility or rights .Also he wanted to force my sister to do abortion in 2014 which she had refused 

This person we are talking about he from Cameroon and in no circumstances, he should leave the country with the child please contact UK police if he arrives at the Cameroon airport 

My sister even travelled all the way to Africa in 2019 looking for him her lost son.

This situation has caused unimaginable pain and distress to our family, especially to his mother, who has never stopped searching for him or hoping for his safe return.

My sister is an Orthodox Jewish mother devoted to her children, her faith, and her community. The loss of her son has affected every part of her life. For more than a decade, she has lived with the heartbreak of not knowing where her child is or whether he is safe. She has spent years putting up posters, travelling, asking communities for help, and searching tirelessly. The emotional toll has been overwhelming, and at one point she suffered severe health complications due to the trauma and stress of losing her child.

According to my sister’s account, the child was taken from her without her consent by the child’s father after she was pressured to leave the home where she was living with him and their son. She has described experiencing abuse, intimidation, and the removal of her personal identification documents. She also reported being pressured during her pregnancy in a way that caused her serious fear and distress. These events left her vulnerable and ultimately separated from her child.

We have reason to believe the child may have been moved to different locations within the United Kingdom, including London and Liverpool, and there are fears he may have been taken abroad at some point. My sister even travelled to Africa in 2019 in a desperate attempt to locate her son, but sadly she was unsuccessful.

This letter is not written out of anger or hatred. It is written from a place of love, concern, and desperation. A child deserves to know his mother, his family, his identity, and his heritage. Most importantly, a child deserves to be safe and protected. My sister simply wants to know that her son is safe and to have the opportunity to reconnect with him.

As her brother and the child’s uncle, I am pleading respectfully for any assistance in reviewing this case and helping locate my nephew. Our family continues to live with this loss every single day. We are prepared to cooperate fully with any investigation and provide any information that may assist authorities.
