11 years ago My son was kidnapped in UK from me they took advantage of me told me leave the house where I was living with the child and the child dad with some black woman kidnapped my child I almost had heart attack we reported to the police from Romania and been looking for him over 10 years .He needs to be with his Jewish Family.and know the family of my side too I live in the Jewish community with my other kids. In Manchester United Kingdom Every day I am crying over my lost child Putting posters everywhere for over 10 years going from house to house knocking on doors asking of my missing child I am worried because of his non Jewish dad that was involved into fraudulent activities.Not only he did fake documents he also stolen my passport and and green card beat me and told me to do abortion that time I have photos how I was beaten by him which you saw .So from my understanding the dad took the child with him to Liverpool a criminal should not be allowed near a child He even lied his name is Raoul Santana that what we knew his name was and I can't remember how he looks as was just a stranger that was stalking me and recently we found out not long that his real name is Raoul Ngapa was told he was in prison he did fake EU passport has no parental responsibility or rights .Also he wanted to force me to do abortion in 2014 Please I just want to be reunited with my other child .I even travelled all the way to Africa in 2019 looking for my son One of the woman that told me leave the house and involved taking my child by forced her name is Juliette Green.Another person involved in this was Juliet FarrelI it very heartbreaking for the whole family.I always told people that my kids are with my brother in Romania because you don't know who to trust all my exes abuse me up to the last one there were times people called me names bully me etc so we decided keep silence all these years suffering in silence. During this time, my son was taken by his father, Mr. Raoul Ngapa, who deceptively presented himself under the name Raoul Santana, along with an accomplice, Ms. Juliette Green, and possibly others, including Ms. Juliet Farrell. This act was not only illegal but also profoundly damaging to both my immediate and extended family.
It is crucial to convey that my son needs to be with his Jewish family, where he belongs and can learn about his heritage and culture within our community in Manchester. His absence has been a constant source of pain, insomnia, and distress for me and has negatively impacted his younger brother, as our family has suffered immeasurably across these years.
I have made multiple attempts to locate my son, including filing reports with the police in Romania, disseminating posters, and traveling to Africa in 2019, all in search for him. Despite these exhaustive efforts, he remains away from where he should rightfully be.
I am gravely concerned about the past actions of Mr. Ngapa, who has allegedly engaged in fraudulent activities, including the creation of fake EU passports, and was also involved in forcefully taking me away from my residence while subjecting me to physical abuse. He carries no legal or parental rights, which further emphasizes my pressing need for legal intervention to reunite with my son.

I am making this statement to formally record my concerns regarding my son’s welfare and to seek police assistance in establishing what lawful authority exists, if any, for my son’s removal and continued care by his father.
I am the only named parent on Matthew’s UK birth certificate and on his Romanian birth certificate issued via the Romanian Embassy. No father is named on either document.
When Matthew was a baby, he was taken by his father. I did not give consent for this, and I have never signed any legal documentation, agreement, or court order authorising the father to remove or retain care of my child.
I am not aware of any Child Arrangements Order, Care Order, or other court determination transferring care or parental responsibility. I have never been provided with any such documentation.
Since that time, I have had no contact with my son and have received no reliable information about his whereabouts, education, or welfare. I do not know where he is currently living or whether he is safe and appropriately supported.I wish to clarify that although historical records refer to addresses, I did not understand at the time where my child was living or the nature of that accommodation. I now understand that addresses referenced in documents related to temporary Home Office/NASS accommodation provided to the father due to his immigration status. This was not a permanent family home, and I was not informed of these addresses or consulted about my child living there.At no point was I provided with clear or direct information about my child’s location, stability, or long-term living arrangements. I was not involved in planning, handover discussions, or decision-making, and I did not consent to my child being accommodated or moved.I have recently made enquiries with local authorities and other agencies and have been advised to speak to the police due to the absence of consent, absence of court orders, and safeguarding concerns.I am not making allegations against any individual. I am requesting that my concerns are formally recorded and that police assist in:
- establishing whether any court orders exist
- ensuring appropriate safeguarding checks are undertaken
- advising me on the appropriate next steps to protect my child’s welfare

I believe his father was involved in fraudulent activities, used false identity documents, and subjected me to domestic abuse during our relationship. I have evidence of the abuse I suffered. I was also pressured to have an abortion during my pregnancy, which caused me immense emotional distress.From what I understand, my son may have been taken to Liverpool. I was also told that his father used the name Raoul Santana, but I later discovered his name may be Raoul Ngapa. I was informed that he may have been imprisoned in the past and that he allegedly used false European passport documentation. I am deeply worried about my child’s safety and wellbeing.In 2019, my desperation and love for my son led me to travel all the way to Africa searching for him, but sadly I was unable to find him. I believe other individuals may have been involved in helping remove my child from me, including women named Juliette Green and Juliet Farrel. This situation has devastated not only me but our entire family.For many years, I suffered in silence because I was frightened and did not know who to trust. I even told people that my children were staying with family in Romania to protect myself and my family from further harm and judgement. The abuse I experienced in past relationships left me feeling powerless and afraid, but my love for my son has never faded.I am pleading for justice and for help in bringing my son home safely. No mother should have to live with this pain, and no child should grow up without knowing their mother and family.If anyone has any information that could help reunite me with my son.
