The Family Court in Cedar Rapids has widely been rumored to practice unethical conduct, affecting numerous families and individuals who rely on this justice system to protect their rights and interests. Alleged corruption, neglect of duties, mismanagement, and lack of transparency are just a few issues that have been surfaced in these public indictments. Sadly I'm a victim of this Injustice me and so are my two children that are six and 15, one in a group home and the other one living with her previous adoption caseworker they have been split up for over a year The trust and confidence in the Family Court's ability to deliver just decisions are at stake. However, to uphold the entirety, faith, and respect in the justice system, it is only rightful to demand an investigation into these allegations. If substantiated, corrective action should be taken immediately to rectify the situation. We urge those in power to open an investigation, shed light on the truth, and uphold the standards of justice that the people of Cedar Rapids deserve.
