I, a concerned citizen and small business owner in Columbus, OH, USA, am writing this petition to request the Ohio Attorney General to open a thorough investigation into the practices of "CAR KO LLC", "CAP CITY MOTORS LLC", and all of their subsidiaries. It has come to my attention that these businesses have been engaging in auto dealer fraud, false advertising/misrepresentation, financial fraud, and selling faulty vehicles while hiding defects.

My personal experience with these dealerships has been nothing short of a nightmare. As a small business owner myself, I understand the importance of supporting local businesses. However, my decision to purchase a vehicle from one such business turned out to be devastating for both my livelihood and personal life.

Within just six months of purchasing the vehicle from "CAR KO LLC", it completely stopped working. This unexpected breakdown not only cost me significant amounts of money in repairs but also caused me to miss out on 90% of my business appointments. As a result, I lost valuable business opportunities and suffered severe financial setbacks.

Upon researching further about these dealerships online, I discovered numerous similar stories from other customers who have fallen victim to their deceitful practices. These businesses have allegedly been selling dangerous and unsafe cars while making hundreds of thousands of dollars in profits at the expense of unsuspecting customers.

To make matters worse, when frustrated consumers leave negative reviews on Google seeking resolution or warning others about their experiences with these dealerships' unethical behavior, they are met with mockery rather than genuine concern or assistance. This level of disrespect towards customers is unacceptable for any legitimate business operating within our community.

Therefore, we urge the Ohio Attorney General's office to take immediate action by launching an investigation into "CAR KO LLC", "CAP CITY MOTORS LLC," and all associated subsidiaries for auto dealer fraud, false advertising/misrepresentation, financial fraud, and the deliberate sale of faulty vehicles while concealing defects.

By holding these businesses accountable for their actions, we can protect future consumers from falling victim to their deceptive practices. We also seek justice for those who have already suffered financial losses and emotional distress due to their dealings with these dealerships.
