I am an ordinary citizen deeply concerned about the state of our nation. It is my firm belief that no one should be above the law, not even those who hold the highest office in our country. This petition seeks to address what I perceive as a mockery of our justice system - allowing a president or vice president to remain free while allegedly committing treason against the American people.

The allegations against President Joe Biden are serious, involving treason, bribery, and high crimes. These are not accusations to be taken lightly; they strike at the very heart of our democracy and erode public trust in our institutions. If true, they represent a gross violation of his oath of office and betrayal of public trust.

According to Article II Section 4 of The United States Constitution "The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and conviction of Treason, Bribery or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors." Therefore it is crucial that these allegations are thoroughly investigated by competent authorities.

We demand transparency from those tasked with upholding justice in this country. We call upon Congress to initiate an impartial investigation into these allegations against President Biden immediately. If found guilty through due process he must face appropriate legal consequences just like any other citizen would.

This is not about partisanship; it's about preserving integrity within our government institutions. Let us stand together as citizens demanding accountability from those who lead us.
