Demand internet access for Iranian people

Demand internet access for Iranian people
The Issue
We want major Social Media (X, Meta and Google) to block the Iranian Regime supporter to have easy access to their account to reflet the Regime propaganda to the world while the other 90 Million Iranian people are in internet blackout.
In today's interconnected world, the internet is not just a luxury—it is a fundamental human right essential for freedom of expression, access to information, and communication. For the Iranian people, however, access to the free and unfiltered internet remains a distant dream.
The Iranian government's consistent attempts to control and filter internet content are a blatant violation of their citizens' rights. These restrictions prevent individuals from receiving unbiased information, sharing their ideas freely, and expressing their opinions without fear of censorship. For someone who values the basic freedoms that come with unrestricted internet access, it is heartbreaking to see millions of Iranians lacking this essential tool.
According to Freedom House's 'Freedom on the Net' report, Iran is rated as 'not free', and OONI (Open Observatory of Network Interference) confirms extensive internet filtering by the Iranian authorities. This not only stifles political dissent but also impacts the economic opportunities and personal growth potential of its citizens.
But change is possible. By putting pressure on global leaders and telecommunications companies, we can demand they uphold the principles of net neutrality and ensure that Iranian citizens have access to a free and open internet. This can be achieved through diplomatic channels, public awareness campaigns, and collaboration with international internet governance bodies.
We must act now to ensure that Iran does not remain isolated in the digital age. By signing this petition, you are voicing your demand for freedom, equality, and connectivity for every Iranian citizen. Together, we can help dismantle the virtual barriers that confine them and promote a future where access to information is a right, not a privilege.
Add your voice to this essential cause by signing and sharing this petition today. Together, we can make a difference for the Iranian people.
