As a long-standing resident of the campgrounds in Howe, IN, I have witnessed a significant decline in the quality of management and maintenance this year. The staff turnover rate is currently at 40%. The cost has increased by over $1,000 since my arrival, yet the services provided do not reflect this hike. We once saw positive changes under previous management; however, with the introduction of a new manager who lacks communication skills and displays an unprofessional attitude towards residents and staff alike - even to the point of rudeness - we are left feeling neglected.

Our grounds are not properly cared for anymore. Over 80 sites have been without water since opening weekend – an unacceptable situation that has yet to be addressed. Mowing and clean-up tasks are ignored. Our security is non-existent on weekends when it's most needed.

Furthermore, our entry and exit gates need repairing along with several roads within our community. These issues not only affect our daily lives but also deter potential visitors from spending their weekends here – something that was once encouraged through planned activities.

We demand immediate action to rectify these problems: improved communication from management, preferably new management; restoration of water supply to all sites; consistent security presence on weekends; repair work for gates and roads; scheduled maintenance for grounds including mowing and clean-up tasks.

The residents deserve better than what they're currently experiencing given the price they're paying. It's time for change! Please sign this petition if you believe in fair treatment for all residents at Twin Mills campground.
