The Issue

On June 6th 2026, our community experienced a heartbreaking tragedy when a young child lost their life on our neighborhood streets.

For months, residents have voiced concerns about speeding vehicles throughout our community.

Many homeowners have reported drivers using our neighborhood as a shortcut, often traveling well above the posted speed limit.

Complaints have been made to the HOA and developer, yet meaningful action has not been taken.

We cannot change what happened, but we can take action to prevent another family from experiencing this devastating loss.

We, the undersigned residents and supporters, respectfully demand that the HOA and developer immediately:

Install speed bumps or other effective traffic-calming measures.

Conduct a professional traffic and safety study within the community.

Increase speed limit signage and warning signs.

Provide residents with a written timeline for implementation of safety improvements.

Hold a community meeting to address resident concerns and discuss long-term safety solutions.

Children live, play, ride bikes, and walk throughout our neighborhood every day. Residents deserve to feel safe in their own community.

We urge the HOA and developer to treat this matter with the urgency it deserves and take immediate action before another preventable tragedy occurs.

Please sign and share this petition to help make our neighborhood safer for everyone.
