The individual in question has repeatedly showcased erratic and abusive behavior that greatly concerns the community. There have been multiple allegations surrounding child neglect/abuse, substance abuse, and openly racist behavior and comments. No child should live in fear, yet the continuous instances of reported neglect and abusive behavior are endangering the welfare of children in our community. The National Survey on Drug Use and Health (NSDUH) states that nearly 8.7 million children in the U.S. live with at least one parent who has a substance abuse disorder - a reality facing our community, due to the accused abuse of substances by this individual. It's also important to note that racism and discriminatory behavior have no place in our community. The American Psychological Association has demonstrated the severe impact of racial discrimination, including mental and physical health issues, on individuals and communities. We need to ensure that we live in an environment that fosters respect and equality for everyone, irrespective of their color, race, or ethnicity. In response to this situation, we are petitioning to have this individual removed immediately due to their damaging and harmful behavior.
