As a resident or owner in one of our SuperClub properties, I demand the immediate attention of Management to repair and correct the many deficiencies within the swimming pool areas (swimming pool, steam room, hot tub, and sauna). These amenities have not been properly maintained, are often unusable and well below the standard expected, and that we pay for the use of. 

Deficiencies include:
