Our situation is a heartbreaking one that no parent should have to experience. My son was separated from our family under wrongful allegations and is currently still housed with his foster guardian. Despite alarming signs and terrible revelations, my pleas for help and intervention have been ignored thus far.

During a recent visit, my son informed me that he had been physically abused by his foster parent, detailing an instance where he received a blow to his face. Taking this into account, I requested for my child's medical records for verification purposes and was shocked to find out that they were denied by the foster parent. This is a direct violation of my legal rights as the biological parent; the court or any Department of Human Services (DHS) authority did not approve this.

In addition to this, my son was recently taken to the Emergency Room (ER) due to a head injury. This crucial information was purposely withheld from me and his father by the foster parent. This is an outrage and a clear breach of my son's right for immediate family to be informed of his well-being and health status.

The GAL/Child's Attorney, tasked with protecting the rights of children, is also complicit in this alarming situation. Despite concrete evidence of the abuse my son has been subjected to and the illegal behavior of the foster parent, they have chosen to ignore this reality. This goes against their professional ethics and the mission they pledged to uphold.

The current situation represents a grave violation of kinship rights. It also constitutes racketeering—an intentional and illegal obstruction. The abusive patterns and bureaucratic red tapes have resulted in my son suffering unnecessarily while being kept away from his family's loving care without a valid reason.

We must ensure the immediate return of my son to his family, and the individuals and systems complicit in perpetrating and shielding these abuses must be held accountable. I implore on your sense of justice to join me in this fight to seek justice not only for my son but also for every other child who might be trapped in a similarly horrifying situation.
