We, the tenants of Nevada Square townhomes in Benson, MN, have experienced multiple instances of mismanagement and disregard for our peace and security under the management of Amber Jones. Since moving into her apartment in B13, Ms. Jones and her minor children have caused chaos amongst our community, neglecting her responsibilities as an office manager and failing to supervise her children adequately. Her children have been found stealing bikes, toys, and other items from tenants, littering our community with discarded items.

Moreover, our rights as tenants are continually being violated. We cannot step out of our houses without receiving lease violations, mainly as a protective measure for her and her children, not the greater community. This overwhelming fear of unwarranted lease violation is not the atmosphere conducive for a thriving, peaceful community living.

Adding to the gravity, personal information of all tenants is being handled irresponsibly. The paperwork, which should be kept confidential, is being conducted within her home and possibly accessible to her children. This infringement on our privacy rights is illicit and completely unacceptable.

The situation has become personal for each one of us residing here at Nevada Square. Our personal lives are severely disrupted, and our rights as tenants are consistently infringed. We demand immediate action be taken to rectify this by the resignation of Ms. Jones. By doing so, we can start working towards restoring our community's peace and harmony.
