I am a resident of Largo, FL, USA, and I am writing this petition out of sheer emotional exhaustion. This is a plea to all who believe in the basic right to live without fear or harassment. [Redacted] has been continuously causing distress among our community members through [Redacted] actions - yelling racial slurs, touching people without consent, video recording on private property and creating an environment of fear around communal areas like the dumpster.

This behavior is not only morally reprehensible but also illegal under Florida's harassment laws (Florida Statutes Section 784.048). It's particularly damaging to those among us with mental disabilities who are left physically disabled due to the constant stress and anxiety caused by such harassment.

The situation has reached a point where many are scared to use communal facilities for fear of encountering Ms. Bacci's abusive behavior. This is unacceptable in any society that values respect and dignity for all its citizens.

We call upon local authorities in Largo, FL, USA to take immediate action against [Redacted] - issue a cease-and-desist order against [Redacted] harassing activities immediately. We cannot allow such blatant disregard for human rights continue unchecked in our community.
