Demand Full-Size Swimming Pool & Promised Amenities in Amrapali Dream Valley

Demand Full-Size Swimming Pool & Promised Amenities in Amrapali Dream Valley
The Issue
Justice for 8,300+ Families of Dream Valley, Greater Noida
I am writing this petition on behalf of thousands of residents and homebuyers of Amrapali Dream Valley, Phase 2, Greater Noida, who feel misled and deeply disappointed.
When we invested our hard-earned money into this project, we were shown an approved layout plan clearly depicting three swimming pools, including one near the E-Block clubhouse. This representation was shown to:
- Old buyers who purchased from Amrapali Group
- New buyers who later purchased through NBCC
- New Buyers guided by Anarock Property Consultant and Star Estate
The promise of three swimming pools was a key factor influencing many purchasing decisions.
What Happened?
After strong public pressure and a Change.org petition created on 16 December 2025, NBCC assured residents that a swimming pool would indeed be constructed in E-Block.
However, what is currently being built is only 6 meters × 7 meters and 2 feet deep.
This structure:
- Cannot be used by adults
- Is unsuitable even for children above 10 years
- Does not meet the needs of a residential township with 47 towers and 8,300+ flats
- Cannot reasonably be called a functional swimming pool
- This appears to be a token structure rather than fulfillment of the originally promised amenity.
Why This Is Unacceptable
- Dream Valley is one of the largest residential projects in Greater Noida.
- Only two pools currently exist — and third one nbcc is building cannot be termed as kids' pool also.
- The population density makes it impossible for residents to rely on such limited facilities.
- Residents were never informed of any official layout change removing the third proper pool.
Buyers feel their trust has been compromised.
We are also being told that children’s recreational areas may not be developed as promised. This raises serious concerns about whether other amenities will also be diluted or removed.
Our Demands
We respectfully but firmly demand:
- Construction of a full-size, functional swimming pool in E-Block as per the originally shown layout.
- Development of all promised children’s play areas and amenities.
- Transparency regarding project modifications.
- A financial audit of funds received and spent on the project by NBCC.
- Written clarification on which amenities will be delivered and by when.
This Is About Accountability
Homebuyers have invested their lifetime savings in this project. We are not asking for anything extra — only what was promised and shown to us before purchase.
Real estate development must be based on transparency and accountability. If developers can alter amenities without consequence, it sets a dangerous precedent for all homebuyers.
We urge:
- Supreme court of India
- Govt. Of Uttar Pradesh
- Court Receiver Amrapali
- NBCC officials
- Relevant Greater Noida authorities
- Housing regulatory bodies and
- Local administration
to intervene immediately and ensure compliance with the original commitments.
Support Fairness & Transparency
By signing this petition, you are standing up for:
- Honest representation in real estate
- Protection of homebuyer rights
- Accountability in public development projects
Together, we can ensure that the residents of Amrapali Dream Valley receive what was rightfully promised.
Sign this petition and demand justice for 8,300+ families.
