The state's machinery has consistently employed methods of abduction and enforced disappearances to suppress Baloch voices that call for democratic and human rights.

Hundreds of Baloch activists, journalists, and students are languishing in prisons across Pakistan without fair trials. Many have been convicted based on fabricated charges, a clear violation of international human rights standards. In these prisons, detainees are subjected to torture, solitary confinement, and denial of legal representation, further exacerbating the grave injustice they face.

The Baloch people have long been victims of a state apparatus that refuses to acknowledge their basic rights. Reports from reputable human rights organizations, including Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch, have documented the pervasive climate of fear and state-sanctioned violence that Baloch communities experience. The UN Working Group on Enforced or Involuntary Disappearances has repeatedly called on the Pakistani government to investigate these crimes and bring perpetrators to justice.

Our goal is to urge the international community and human rights bodies to pressure the Pakistani government to annul all fabricated convictions against Baloch political prisoners and ensure their immediate release. We call for transparent investigations into human rights abuses in Balochistan and demand that Pakistan complies with its international obligations under human rights law.
