We stand in strong opposition against the unexpected removal of Pastor Ted Max from his position as a lead pastor by a small group within the church board. Our church family, growing across several locations and reaching thousands of individuals, is requesting that Pastor Ted be allowed to continue leading us or that a church-wide vote be held to determine his fate. In just 20 months, Pastor Ted has endeared himself to many families and significantly elevated the vibrancy of our church. His authentic connection with the church members has led to full services and an influx of new members, indicative of his positive influence on our spiritual journey as a community. We hope for a just consideration of Pastor Ted's significant contributions and an outlining of transparent, democratic decision-making processes within our church community. Now, we call upon you, each one of our church members, to sign this petition, supporting the reinstatement of Pastor Ted Max as our unquestionably cherished leader.
