The leadership under the current principal has caused significant problems that are negatively affecting students, parents, staff, and the overall school community. The lack of involvement and communication from the principal has created an unstable learning environment, leaving students without the support they need. Parents have raised concerns about the principal's lack of transparency and the failure to communicate important decisions. Despite several meetings with the principal to address these issues, the principal continues to offer excuses rather than taking meaningful action to resolve them.

The principal has made several changes within the school without consulting parents or giving prior notice, leading to frustration and distrust. Additionally, the principal’s actions have caused a dramatic shift in the school’s culture, with many parents expressing their intention to withdraw their children from the school. 

The situation has become untenable, and immediate action is needed to prevent further damage to the school’s reputation, student experience, and community involvement. The school will continue to lose the trust of its community, and enrollment could drop significantly. How can the school board think that moving this principal from one region to another will solve these ongoing problems? The core issues are not related to location—they stem from a lack of leadership, communication, and understanding of the needs of this school community.

We are demanding the removal of the principal to restore transparency, improve communication, ensure safety, and rebuild a positive school culture. Now is the time to act to protect the future of our students and the well-being of our school community.
