As early sponsors, we did our best to get our family and loved ones out of the country to save their lives and protect them by filling out the I-134A form as early as possible.

Initially, everything was going great until mid-May 2023, when the processing time for cases changed dramatically. 
What used to take about two weeks to process now takes about one and a half months. This has led to sponsors having to wait two to three times longer for their cases to be reviewed.

Now that the review process is being improved to address fraudulent activities, and given that there is almost no other way to obtain an American visa from Haiti, where our people are suffering due to the ongoing war, we request that USCIS change the processing method to a full FIFO (First In, First Out) system. 

This change would reduce waiting times for both early and late sponsors, providing much-needed relief.
