Dear Texas Senators,

We, the people of the great state of Texas, are suffering due to constant struggle with keeping up with our basic necessities. As of now, the things you’ve done to ‘help’ your fellow Texans in this inflation mania, have not done much. While the homestead act, public school funding/Teacher pay raise has benefited many of our homeowners, teachers, and students, this is only a select few. we demand that you find a solution soon for the betterment of all Texans; even our non-homeowners, non- teachers, and low income school students. There are some families who are having to opt for a more destitute lifestyle because of the little there’s been done for us, and, I mean all of us. I write this petition asking that soon you all in the senate will pass a bill that directly hits inflation, instead of ‘carrying’ bills that only help keep some of us afloat. We the undersigned call on you, our senators, to make a difference by at least giving us what we demand. A solution to our troubles and worries. A future we won’t just hope upon, but look forward too.
